Sour and Single-Flavour Options for the Gummy Rope Range
Sour Ropes with Adjustable Sour Level
The rainbow sour ropes carry acid in their coating, and the sour level can be adjusted per project, from a milder surface note to a sharper first impression. The level is confirmed through sampling rounds and recorded in the specification, so reorders run the same sourness. The coating gives the piece its first note, and the fruit flavour follows behind it.
Single-Flavour Cola and Strawberry Ropes
The range includes single-flavour cola ropes and single-flavour strawberry ropes alongside the rainbow builds. Cola and strawberry each carry a distinct, recognizable flavour direction, and the single-flavour builds let a program run one flavour across the whole rope instead of a mix. Flavour intensity is set per project.
Sour Level Against a Reference
Sour adjustment starts from a physical reference rather than a written description. The buyer provides a target product or one of our current samples, and the acid level is adjusted from that point. Each round produces physical samples until the buyer signs off, and the approved sample becomes the sourness reference for production and reorders.
Coating Options for the Rope Range
The rope range runs sour-sanded, nonpareil, and crystal sugar coatings. What changes is the first note: a sour-sanded rope delivers acid at the surface, while the nonpareil and crystal coatings deliver a crunchier first texture. Buyers can compare the coatings on samples before fixing a specification.
