Samples are issued in about one week; a new mould adds about one more week. Mass production takes 30-45 days after the formula and artwork are confirmed, and repeat orders move faster.

What certifications and audits do you hold?

The factory is HACCP and ISO 22000 certified and FDA-registered. Third-party audits are accepted, and halal production is available for eligible formulations within the certification scope.

What is the shelf life?

Typically 18 months. Store cool and dry, away from direct heat; reefer container shipment can be arranged where the route requires it.

What sizes and finishes are available for bulk gummy bears?

Six unit weights from 2 g to 13 g are in regular production, with glossy, sugar-sanded and sour-sanded finishes. Mixed-size programmes can be planned within a single specification.

Are sugar-free gummy bears available?

The current bear recipe is gelatin-based, and a sugar-free version is not available for this SKU. Halal production is available on request. For sugar-free or pectin-based requirements, see the dedicated sugar-free and vegan ranges.

Can this product be made with a vegan formula?

Yes, we can make this product with a vegan-friendly formula. For vegan options, we offer two choices: pectin-based and starch-based formulas.

The Classic Bear Shape

Gummy bears present the classic bear shape: a seated bear with small ears, a face with eyes and a nose, and rounded belly circles across its front. The seated pose with the ears and the belly circles is what makes the piece read as a bear at a glance, and the range covers classic bear-shaped gummies in several unit weights.

Oiled and Sanded Builds

The range runs oiled bears in bright glossy colours such as yellow, red, brown, and green, and sugar-sanded bears in pastel shades such as orange, purple, blue, and pink. The oiled bears keep the face and belly detail glossy and visible, while the sanded bears present the same shape with a crystalline coating.

Mini and Giant Bears

The range includes mini bears, which carry the same seated bear shape at a smaller size, and larger bears at the upper end of the range. The mini bears work in mixed bags and assortment programs, while the larger bears work in packs and displays where the face and belly detail read at a bigger scale.

Matching the Piece to the Program

Colour and flavour are specified per project, in assorted fruit flavours across the range. Samples of the oiled, sanded, and mini builds can be compared before a specification is fixed, and the ears, the face, and the belly circles can be checked directly on the physical pieces.
