How long does sampling and delivery take?

Samples are issued in about one week; a new mould adds about one more week. Mass production takes 30-45 days after the formula and artwork are confirmed, and repeat orders move faster.

What certifications and audits do you hold?

The factory is HACCP and ISO 22000 certified and FDA-registered. Third-party audits are accepted, and halal production is available for eligible formulations within the certification scope.

What is the shelf life?

Typically 18 months. Store cool and dry, away from direct heat; reefer container shipment can be arranged where the route requires it.

What ring builds are available?

Five builds at 5-10 g: classic oiled rings, standard rings, two-tone rings, white-base rings and a two-tone white-base version. Sugar-free production is available on request for oiled rings and two-tone & white-base rings. It is not available for rings, two-tone rings and white-base rings.

Can this product be made with a vegan formula?

Vegan production is available for selected items in this range. For vegan options, we offer two choices: pectin-based and starch-based formulas, subject to the specific item.

Can you make this product Halal or Kosher?

Yes, we can support Halal-certified and Kosher-certified production for this product.

What special formulas are available for this product?

The Look of Gummy Rings: Fruit Rings, Two-Tone, and White-Base Builds

A Ring with an Open Centre

Gummy rings present a ring with an open centre, in sanded fruit colours such as red, green, yellow, purple, and orange. The open centre is what makes the piece read as a ring at a glance, and the sugar-sanded surface gives the piece its crystalline coating. The range covers five builds.

Two-Tone and White-Base Builds

The two-tone rings carry two colours in one piece, while the white-base rings place a coloured top over a pale base. The white base makes the top colour read stronger, and the two-tone white-base version shows the split along the side of the piece. The boundary between the coloured top and the pale base is visible along the edge and can be checked on physical samples.

Oiled and Sanded Surfaces

The oiled rings keep the open centre glossy and most visible, while the sanded rings add a crystalline coating over the surface. Both surfaces share the same ring outline, and a program can run them as related items.

Matching the Piece to the Program

Colour, flavour, and two-tone layering are specified per project. Samples of the fruit, two-tone, and white-base builds can be compared before a specification is fixed, and the open centre and the layer split can be checked directly on the physical pieces.
